Question My RAM or PC resetting randomly?

To start with, my PC is more than 4 years old and maybe it really is needing some part replacement.
Now I have been getting this error twice just this August 2022 whenever I press the power button on my PC to turn it on.
I would turn my pc on, it will shut off, then on again then this screen will show

I would usually just press F2. Other than that, my PC seems to be fine and everything runs as it used to always.
Also I do not know what really causes this.

Appreciate for all the help. If my specs are needed, I will list them.

Most probably, you need to replace the CMOS battery.
