My RAM stuck??

Guys, help. I'm trying to upgrade the RAM on my gaming rig, but the RAM seems to be stuck in the board. Not sure if any of you have tricks up your sleeves?

The board's a Gigabyte AB350n-Gaming WiFi. Mini ITX.

Not to be insulting, but, you are pushing the locking/unlock tab fully down on one side, correct? (Both tabs look identical, but, one pushes/swivels downward on one side, normally the top/cpu side of the board)

its the same on my Gigabyte AB350N-Gaming WiFi. it was very hard to get my ram in to place but now i cant get it out
