Question My RAM's advertised speed is 3200Mhz but it'stuck at 2400 ?

xmp not work. even at 2666 mhz my pc will bluescreen at some point. tried using the calculator, watched some tutorials about it and still it not work.

I have 2 x 4GB sticks and I put them in slots A2 & B2

CPU : Ryzen 5 2600
GPU : RX 570
RAM : 2 x 4GB VGEN 3200Mhz
PSU : idk the details, my father gave me (but i know its bronze)

i did install the latest BIOS version.

The reason for test one stick at a time is to see if it's just one stick that has a problem.

Go here and run the scanner see what it shows.

Where can I find or change my ratio to 3:45?

The 2 sticks are the same as yours, with a 470 motherboard and a 2600 processor, I didn't tell you anything wrong , just search, find and do it.

Bro, I really can't find a 3:45 ratio. I've tried everything except the ratio and still got an error.

I'm open to all suggestions, but I might try to claim the warranty. Maybe it's a defective product.

If you change them, get G.Skill GVKthe cl16 ones are cheap and don't cause any problems
