Question My RGB EZI keyboard has issues.

When I bought the PC and turned it on, I noticed that I couldn't type properly. When I pressed a key, it would make a sound and type the same key multiple times, and I had to wait for a few seconds. Until I pressed the button to turn off the keyboard light (Scroll Lock), and the problem was solved; it started working correctly. What can I do to fix this issue... Thank you.

Did the keyboard come with software, and if so, have you installed it? Sometimes you have to DL the driver/config software from the manufacturer's website for the product.
