Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Does the RX470 work stand alone in the first PCIe slot on your motherboard? Does the GPU show up in BIOS on your second PCIe slot(assuming your motherboard has board viewer)?

1000 watt corsair psu (forgot the specific model)
How old is the PSU in your build?

MB: asrock b550 phantom gaming 4
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Have you tried working with Windows(beyond Linux, mentioned above)?

Tried it alone did not work and no my mb does not show pcie devices. Im tried finding a way to reset the cimos but didnt find a way

To reset CMOS. Turn power to PSU first,
Method one, find two pin Reset.CMOS on the MB (it will be in the manual) and short it with metal object for few seconds.
Method 2, Locate and take CMOS battery out and keep it out for a minute.
Yeah i tried it nothing works im interested how i even manage to brick the gpu. Today im going to a friends house to test the gpu on his pc and hopefully it works. But then comes another question why wouldnt it work on my system? Before that enabled iommu on the mother board maybe that was the problem.
