Question My rx 550 blackscreen randomly (not shutting down the system) after i try to record games using obs and radeon software

this problem occurs when i try to record my desktop,sometimes it blackscreen while recording, sometimes it blackscreen after the recording(the blackscreen is random, but its definitely after i try to record my desktop).
i've try fresh installation of windows 10, while it removes the random blackscreen, when i try to record it the same thing happen. i have try running FurMark stress test and this card will blackscreen after 2-3 minutes, the temps are fine (60C-66C).
i record valorant on lowest setting and cap the fps to 120 to gives cpu room for obs.
