My RX 580 8G from Gigabyte (Non-Aorus) is not working with B45m-D3H MOBO

I have a B45m-D3H MOBO from gigabyte with the F4 Bios installed. I recently got a Gigabyte Gaming 8G 580. When I installed, the fans spun and the light turned on, but my monitor received no signal.

I have looked at other threads, but have found nothing. Please help!

intel i7-3770k CPU
Gigabyte B45m-D3H Motherboard
8Gb DDr3-1600 Ripjaws X RAM
250Gb Samsung 850 Evo SSD (OS)
External WD blue 2Tb HDD (Mass Storage)
AMD Radeon HD 7770 from AMD (Old GPU)
AMD Radeon RX 580 8Gb from Gigabyte (New GPU)

I uninstalled all previous drivers, and my Motherboard is set to UEFI.

I am Truly Stuck, Please help me.

Have you connected an 8-pin PCIe power cable to the RX580?

Is the monitor cable connected to your GPU and not the mobo IO panel?

If you're using a different cable with the RX580 than with your HD7700, have you changed the monitor input setting to the appropriate cable type?

Have you tried tinkering with the MOBO bios to set the PCI-E as the primary graphics adapter?

Have you connected an 8-pin PCIe power cable to the RX580?

I made sure that all the cables were connected, i used the same cable as HD 7770.

Sadly dont have another system, unless you count an old Phenom 2 X64 from like, 2005,

If it has a 16x pci-e port it would work.

True, but we dont have a PSU or CPU Cooler for it, so, That's out of the question/

You do have a PSU(in the rig we are tsing) but no cooler is a definite problem. A friends rig perhaps? Other than that you'd have to find a shop and have them test it or RMA the card.

Yeah, i was thinking i could take it over to an intrex computers, but it just snowed 8 inches
so *Facepalm*

Well, is there anything else i could do? The local PC shop tested it out, it works.
