Question my rx 6600 fell from approximately 1.5meters on the ground. Is it possible that it lost performance?(i am serious about the question)

It's either going to work or not. Just keep an eye on temps as you may have knocked the cooler loose.

It will depend if something got loose or broken. You'd need to tear it down to find out if anything is amiss.

No. It will either work or it won't. You won't suffer lower FPS from that. All you can do is break the card and if that happens, then you'll get 0FPS all the time.
