Depends on what exactly is causing the crash.
The 2600 can boost up to 3.9, but it will only do this is the conditions are right, and on certain cores.
Have you monitored CPU core temps etc?
how do i monitor these and also it crashes in cinebench at 3.8 with stok voltage and i do not think temps go oop to high that fast

If you see it occasionally going to 3.9 GHz, the CPU is working as advertised....; no one claimed it would hold 3.9 GHz under a heavy/all-cores loaded style of load such as encountered in rendering or even gaming....

Perhaps your core voltage is not quite high enough (even .01-.02 V increase can make a difference), or, your RAM speeds/voltages/timings might be causing crashes...

do you know what would be the right ram timings and speed
