Question My Ryzen 5 4500 is doing 95c while under load

Hello as the title implies my pc is having an overheating issue while under load and idling 85c i dont know why i tried everything to installing fans and cable managing the hell out of im just running out of ideas
specs
Ryzen 5 4500
RX6600
windows 11
16gb ddr4 ram
Stock AMD cooler
thermaltake versa h21
and 2intake 3 exhaust

clean off the thermal paste and reapply new paste

clean of the paste using isopropyl alcohol and cotton swap till the swaps is clean of residue.

use mx6 or mx4 paste x pattern works well or complete spread. the paste evenly over the ihs.

also if its a stock aluminum heatsink youll want to upgrade it to something with decent heat pipes.


this heatsink should fit fine
