My Screen Goes Black While Player The Witcher 3

So I downloaded The Witcher 3 and when I get to a certain point in the game, my screen goes black and my computer restarts with the screen remaining black (I can hear my motherboard beep when it restarts.) It's not a power supply problem as I just bought a brand new 750 W 80+ Gold EVGA PSU and it's not overheating, I was closing monitoring my GPU and CPU temperatures while playing the game. My memory usage also seems to be fine. I could not find any problems whatsoever when getting to that point in the game before the crash.

CPU: AMD FX-8350

Maybe my RAM is going bad? I don't know how to test my RAM though.

Is you CPU or GPU overclocked?

Is it always at that point? If it is, then it's a game problem and you need to contact the devs!
