[SOLVED] my serial number has been changed to FFFFFFFF

Hello . According to my previous question(https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/problem-with-restarting-my-msi-gf63-9sc.3566900/ ) i contacted a local service center to check the issue too. they updated my BIOS but the problem (when i try to restart, laptop turns off) still exists. they told me that they requested a BIOS file from MSI and they are waiting MSI to answer them. they also reinstalled my windows . i tried to install Dragon Center but it does not look like normally and tells me to change my product name.also my serial number has been changed to FFFFFFFF.
i know what exactly my product name and serial number was. how can i write them to BIOS ?

Try disabling fast start up https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html Also try booting/restarting with one stick of RAM.
