My server in counter strike 1.6 is offline , how can i remove it.. even my game

my cs 1.6 server is offline by this the games doesn't works ,.. it comes till only ''' establishing resources and says unable to connect'''' how can i remove my server??? please help me!!!

i have the same prob.. but never went to Steam support forums.. what i did is unistall and install it again.. then used another user or profile in my laptop.. a nuby style too..
