Hello, I have a problem with my sound crashing while playing games and it started happening around beginning of november and still didnt figured the fix.. The sound is working fine for a some time, then I will not hear anything, not only the game but everything(Youtube, Spotify, Discord, etc..) sometimes the sound fixes itself instantly like I stop hearing everything for a second but mostly it will stop for a minute or so. the fastest fix for me is alt-tabbing from the game and going back to the game, which works but aswell for only short time untill the sound crashes again. I have headphones plugged with 3.5mm jack.
Running Windows 10
My current build:
Ryzen 7 3700x
AsRock x570 Steel Legend
DDR4 3200Mhz 2x8GB set
GTX 1060 6GB
already tried:
installing newest audio drivers, updating to newest bios, updating everything I could, Disabling all sound outputs instead of the one I use.
Mostly happens in(unplayable): Cyberpunk2077, Satisfactory
Sometimes happens in: Phasmophobia, CSGO(Like 1-2 times so far), PUBG

Any possible way to fix it without reinstalling Windows?

Just to be sure, try uninstalling then reinstalling the drivers in safe mode. It probably wont change anything but it worth the try.
Are you getting the audio from the front panels? If yes, try connecting a speaker to the back panel and see how that works out.
While the sound is gone, try alt-tabing to another window and quickly check the speaker icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the windows and check to see if it looks normal.
Plus updating the window might help.

I will try the safe mode, No they are plugged in the back and yes the speaker looks fine, even in the windows mixer it shows it outputs sound but I cant hear anything
