My sound is just rapid beeping...PLZ help

Every time my computer should make a sound such as if I'm playing a game or listening to MP3s or clicking a button...I get a rapid beeping sound. I have a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz w/ some Boston Acoustic speakers. Anyone know what the problem is?

Fixed it, just bad drivers
