Not even a case of anything installed, or being 'formatted'. They are all like this. 1TB = 931GB 2TB = 1.81TB 500GB = 465GB 250GB = 232GB 120GB = 111GB Computer vs Human Base 2 vs Base 10 There was even a lawsuit about this years ago.
