Yeah, that board is a problem, it actually doesn't support the FX 8320, its TDP is too high. Your board only supports CPUs with a TDP up to 95 Watts, so the only 8 core CPUs that officially work on your board are low clocked low power versions like the FX 8300, 8310, 8320e and 8370e. You need a new motherboard that can actually handle the FX 8320's power draw. If you need the cheapest option possible, the Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P will work. Do keep in mind that any AM3+ board with the appropriate power phases is full ATX sized, so if your case can only take MicroATX boards, you will need a new case as well.
