Question my system is giving low fps in rust

I don't know why my game freezing so much and my FPS is low, sometimes it's 40 - 50. When i'm fighting my game freezing! My system: Inno3D GTX 1650S 4 GB, Ryzen 5 1600 AF, A320M-R, 8 GB (Crucial Ballistix BL8G32C16U4r) (x2), CT240BX500SSD1 240 GB

include the BIOS version for your motherboard, the make and model of your PSU and it's age. If you're on Windows 10, please mention the version(not edition) of the OS.
