My System problem

i have Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2 GHz
Intel 945 Mobo

My problem is my start up and system is been sluggish from 2 months and when i interchange SATA port of Hard disk it stars goods and again after some days starts working like sluggish
Also my 1 TB hard disk deletes data automatically on start up by CHKDSK says unable to read sector and deleting registry entry
I replaced hard disk once but still same problem occurs. My 2 hard drives already failed by same problem

Run a Virus and malware scan. Use hdtune and vendor test tools to see if the drives are bad. Run memtest and clean out dust from your pc and make sure all the fans are working.

Dude everthing is ok

No viruses at all i keep my system up to date with daily virus scan with latest update and i cleaned out my system already nearly half month back and all exhaust fans working good that's only 2 fans 1 of my stock cooler of processor and secondly PSU fan

Motherboard problem. Change your motherboard and test it out and everything should be fine.
OR
You can try a CMOS reset but I really doubt it's going to work.

dude but it cost nearly 3k thats too difficult is it really mobo problem or PSU problem ?

My CMOS is going to be dead so it will cause any problem ?

The only component that could kill hard drives is the motherboard. A bad psu wouldn't affect the hard drives but it could make some weird things like this to happen to the motherboard. If you want to, you can try another psu but I really doubt it will be the problem.

The CMOS in a computer is kind of like savegames in your games. When you reset it, all the settings that you've set up will be defaulted and maybe that could solve the problem. I've seen many people solving weird problems like yours by doing that.

If the computer is not too old and you still have the receipt, you can try to get a new one by calling the company.
