The amount of RAM your system can support has absolutely nothing to do with processor speed. Go read your motherboard's manual, it will tell you.

Depending on the OS. If 32bit OS, the max is 4GB ram. If 64bit OS, then support 4GB or higher.

actually, both answers are kind of right. Your motherboard determines how much you can install,and how much it supports, but if the os is 32bit, it will only use up to almost 4gb, with a 64 bit os, the system can use more than 4gb. Some boards will support 8gb, some 16, some even more..if the os is 64 bit
