why usb not working on my pc

if you just installed windows on it you need to install the motherboard chipset drivers. if it just stopped working start with removing everything plugged into the usb to rule out a bad cable or device like a printer try starting the pc up with just the keyboard plugged in. if the keyboard does not light up try another one.
