My video card i assume is splitting

well i had to take a picture with my cell phone of the problem when i try to screenshot it it just comes out like a regular picture.

oh ok so its probably not my video card then i guess it might just be my cable but i plugged my HDMI into my bottom video card and now the display is perfect so far i do use a small tv monitor as my computer monitor it was cheaper do you think that could be it or maybe because i haven't updated my computer since i restored it yesterday?

Update drivers ALWAYS, but yes it seems it was the cable
