I bought a new Desktop from PCSPECIALIST 2 months ago when I start to use it everything was fine until last week I was playing Fortnite for 3 hours before I went to sleep everything was normal as I bought it in the next day when When I woke up I turned on my device while it was booting, a message appeared to me CPU FAN PROBLEM PRESS F1 TO GO TO THE BIOS then I pressed F1 in the bios I saw my temp at 51C and I saw no PRM numbers for the PUMP and the CPU FAN I tried to use the Q-FAN control but it was highlighted in gray (locked) after tow minutes of staying in the bios my CPU temp went up to 95C When I saw this I turned it off because I was scared from the high temp
after an hour I turned it on again When it was booting the same thing happened again I went to the bios and then I didn't change anything I was trying to see if the cooler is working and they were working very loud
I searched for a slove to my problem but I found nothing.
I send an email to the PCSPECIALIST support explaining my problem and they toke 5 days to replay me and they said you should return it to us and we will solve the problem I can send it to them but I don't want to because they will take a very long time to send it back to me
I'll send it to them if I found no slove for my problem :confused2:
please help me
Sorry for my bad English

Solution
It looks as though the Corsair H80i has failed, in that the pump itself has failed. As you have no RPM speed showing up for the pump that seems to be the problem. The fans are still working and thus the sound but the pump itself has failed.

It is worth checking that the Power connection from the pump to the motherboard CPU Fan header is connected properly and the connector from the pump to the USB header on the motherboard to make sure they are not loose and it also might be worth reinstalling the H80i.

Hopefully others can jump in as well with other thoughts and solutions.

In terms of what you can do, you can reinstall the Wraith cooler (provided they gave it to you when you bought the system) as that should do the job no issues...

Thank you so much if I am going to send it to them probably I am gonna wait for a month at least and that's so annoying
Do you think I should buy the Air Cooler the one you advised for If you how am I gonna install it
I haven't build any PC before
Thank you again for replaying me

No problems at all....Installing an Air cooler is actually easy and there are a lot of great guides on Youtube that will show you from start to finish with the Deepcool Gammax being linked below.

You may not need to remove the motherboard providing your case has a cutout at the back of the motherboard tray....

The Deepcool Gammaxx comes with thermal paste pre-applied but I would always have some MX-4 in hand as you never no when it might come in handy...
Bro My mother agrees to buy the air cooler for me but I want to ask the last question, please If I gonna buy it the cooler and install it does everything gonna works properly
I mean is my problem gonna get fixed or I need to buy something else

Yes everything will work properly as right now your temps are not under control. Installing a Air cooler will simplify everything and is just plug and play and will be more than okay on the cooling front.

Just take your time to install properly. Make sure you look at step by step installation guides on you tube and you will be good...

Sorry if I am annoying you
I bought the air cooler
I have seen videos about how to install it it seems easy
but my problem is how could I take off my water cooler and replace it with the new
its looking difficult because there is so many cables

The cables should not be an issue. Just unplug them from the motherboard and then remove the four screws holding the cooler onto the CPU, then remove the back plate that came with the cooler and start installing the new air cooler......But as I said be careful!!!
