what will be the best solution for solving the problem of black screen in my desktop computer

Not to be funny, but to fix, we'd first have to determine the actual problem.

A 'black screen' could be a number of things.
Monitor not on
Monitor not plugged in
Cable not connected
Broken cable
Monitor on the wrong input
Cable connected to the wrong input
GPU smoked itself
A dozen other things...

Is this a new condition?
Did it ever work?
