My wireless book mini laptop 2gb its just stuck on wireless book it cant boot

how can i repair my or format my wireless book mini laptop 2gb am stuck................

A quick method to try is, 1) unplug power adapter, 2) remove battery, 3) press and hold power button for 30 seconds, 4) reinsert battery, 5) plug in adapter, 6) power on laptop
if still nothing, what model and is there a sequence of flashing lights when you attempt to start.

i did all that but i cant even access bios. and its written 7" note book......
