My zone has not worked in about 4 days

I keep getting an error message when I try to enter a game room. Something
to the effect that my zone is not autorized or check to see if it is. I
uninstalled my zone and reinstalled and still have this problem. Can anyone
help

Next time you see the error message, please post the exact message. But
concerning "authorized", it could be that a certificate isn't allowed
since it isn't authorized, or you may not be authorized to install Zone
files if you aren't an administrator.

Try changing security settings within IE (Internet Explorer) to a lower
level and see if that helps. Click Tools, Internet Options, Security,
Click Internet icon to highlight, Custom Level, Low. After you get it
working, raise the security level.
