Question Names for pin connectors?

I'm looking to potentially trim my PSU cables for a new build where space and cooling will be at a premium.

While I'm doing this I would like to have some extra pieces of the metal connectors that the wire goes into. The piece that clips into the harness. Molex is a name that had come up but that seems kind of generic from what I can tell.

Anyone know what I search for to find the pins for the 24-pin connector and the 4+4/VGA cables? Thank you.

Molex is an example of a company brand becoming the common term, like Kleenex. Molex and AMP make pretty much all the connectors you can think of in a computer.

You can also get them in more bulk from places like Digikey, Mouser, Newark, etc.

I shouldn't really say make, though they do, original designers.

ATX terminal pins?

Those are what your wire terminates to, which then fits inside the relevant connector (24pin ATX, 4+4EPS etc)
