nba 2k15 crashinggg

i've been playing nba 2k15, and i've also tried modifying the video settings.cfg, turned the supersampling to 1 but i still get crashes when i play the game, after the jump ball it suddenly stutters and crashes, what do you think is the problem? is it the hardware or the software?
even though at 800x600 it still crashes

it is a torrent it is nba 2k15 reloaded, but my friend had the same reloaded nba 2k15 but his game does not crash
