Need a advice for building a PC

I am trying to build a PC for my friend. She studies architect, so I think it may require a good graphic card. She said that she need a computer which can run AutoCaDD and Autodesk. I'm not so sure which CPU, Ram, Graphic card are the best. She has around $900, Do you think what I should buy?
