I'm building a Gaming PC and I need a good 'future proof' motherboard with AM3+ socket and preferred PCI Express 3.0 and

Needs to be better than my current MSI 870A-g54

I do not know what the the average cost for such a motherboard is, but my budget it $150-200 :/
