need a big help

I have bought a new 2000 mha mobile battery....but it drains extremely fast..I have charge it 4 hours. but draining extremely fast. please help me.

Was it as cheap battery from e-Bay and does it get hot when charged? If so, either ditch or return it and pay a higher price for one which is more likely to be genuine.

If that isn't the case, it may need an overnight charge then use the device to flatten in and recharge it. That is sometimes necessary a dozen times over the first few weeks to bring up slowly to the best condition it can achieve.

no it is not cheap...I buy it from a shop. they give me 6 month replacement garrenty. It is a original battery. they said.

Give it four or five charge/discharge cycles and if it doesn't improve, take it back to that shop.
