Hi, I work on the Help Desk team at a small company. Lately we've been trying to move our installs of various Windows systems from CD/DVD to USB for portability and durability reasons. However I've run into a problem.
Our Windows .iso files are not bootable. I have the .bif file to make the bootable and have tried several utilities to add this file to the .iso so that I can put it on a USB stick but all the utilities I've found are shady and/or require you to buy them in order to actually create the .iso. Examples are MagicISO, WinISO, etc.
Does anyone know of actual freeware software that can do what I need? Or is there another solution? I haven't been able to find one because our .iso isn't bootable but I'm open to solutions.
Just want to note that nothing shady is going on from my end, we have keys for all our Operating Systems. If there are any business level solutions through Microsoft please let me know.
