I was wanting to build a gaming PC for my 10 year old son on a budget.

The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER WINDFORCE OC 4G Graphics Card, 2 x WINDFORCE Fans, 4GB 128-Bit GDDR6, GV-N165SWF2OC-4GD Video Card is out of stock or very expensive right now. Do you have a substitute suggestion that would work with an Intel Core i7-2600 processor and a 320W OEM PSU ?

This was the specs I planned to use:

Thanks in advance for your help!

First, I don't suggest you stick with the PSU, unless you're just preparing this PC for light online game that don't need powerful GPU, or even no additional GPU.
Even that he is successful building that "risky" PC, I still doubt it. The safer the better.
But, if you insist, GT 1030 is a fine choice for entry gaming. My little brother use it for Shadow Of War on 768p, low setting and it got 60+fps, (8gb RAM and i5 2500).
What game are you planning to give to your son?
