So I just got a cheap PC, but it's has an AMD A4-5300b Dual core 3.6ghz. It has 8gb ram, 1600mhz, and a 240 watt PS. I want a graphics card that would help run with games. Or would it be best to just use the APUs graphics? Anyways I have about 150$ For a graphics card but the cheaper the better.

In that price range you aren't going to get the best card ever, but the GTX 960 is a good choice and will run everything at at least medium. If you prefer AMD the RX 460 is also a nice choice.

Completly forgot about the 960! Just sad they go for quite a bit on amazon but my old strix 960 2gb could beat almost any game in 1080p

This is true, didn't notice that. A 450-500w power supply should be fine, but make sure you get a good one! Never skimp on the power supply.

I play games like the Mass Effect series, and the most power hungry game I would play would probably be something like Space engine, or Call of Duty Ghosts. And I need a graphics card that fits in one of the following "Slots: 1 PCI (low-profile), 1 PCIe x1 (low-profile), 2 PCIe x16 (low-profile)"
