Need a hand. computer not working.

Ok so I have just built my pc. And plugged it into my tv through hdmi and no sigal... I know the motherboard is working because the cpu is running. And I've plugged everything in right.

Specs if wondering
Processor: AMD FX-6300
MOTHERBOARD: 78lmt-usb3
8gb of corsair vengeance ram.

The only idea I have is that my bios isnt updated for the motherboard.
If so how do I update it without a signal input. Can update bios manually. Oh you know what I mean. Any help would be greatful

lol assuming a bios update for something like this is jumping the gun a bit. Its probably something much simpler. Are all the cables connected properly? Did you remember to plug-in the power cable on the top left cpu socket? Are you plugging in the HDMI cable in the motherboard and not the card? The TV could also not work with PC's, usually there are issues, espicially with a cheap brand PC. Check all your assembly, and try another monitor.

Have you tried to connect with to a different monitor and different display outputs

Yes I tried a new monitor. I've tried my integrated graphics on my motherboard and graphics card. The cpu runs and led lights work. I reset the cmos but still nothing. (As a off note my 12v port next to my cpu hasn't been powered and my computer still runs. The port is 8 sockets and my psu power only has a port that is 6 sockets) if that makes sense . And hope it any usefull information. Tried the ram in all ddr3 slots. But still no sigal. Thanks for any help.

the six pin connector is for graphic cards do not plug it into your motherboard there should be a a 4 pin connector use the 4 pin one

Hahaha thank fok it didn't ruin my pc. Umm the only 4 pin I have is the one you can separate from the 24 pin main power supply
