is this worth Seagate Barracuda 7200 1TB 7200RPM

Yes, Seagate's drives are good and dependable you can go for it. I always use Seagate.

yeah, go for it. I have Seagate Hard drives and they are working well.

I agree with the answers above. I have an internal Seagate drive that has seen heavy usage and it still performs well.

Western Digital drives are good as well. I don't think you'd go wrong with either the Seagate or a WD drive.
