According to the specifications that Enermax fan is rated at 1,500 rpm, 69 cfm, and 18 dba. It is safe to say with a high degree of probability that the noise specification is suspect. At 1500 rpm and 69 cfm there will be noise.

My personal preference for a case fan is the Scythe S-Flex rated at 1200 rpm.

my personal favourite is the noctua p12 - http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/120mm-Noctua-NF-P12-Vortex-Control-Quiet-Case-Fan-(Using-Vortex-Control-Notches)

tech bit from noctua site
Airflow: 92,3 m³/h Acoustical Noise: 19,8 dB(A)
Airflow with L.N.A.: 78,5 m³/h Acoustical Noise with L.N.A.: 16,9 dB(A)
Airflow with U.L.N.A.: 63,4 m³/h Acoustical Noise with U.L.N.A.: 12,6 dB(A)

the only drawback is the price which is slightly more than others.

lna and ulna are the two resistors they include to reduce the rpm, or you can just use an adjuster to do it instead.

Yeh I saw that, but I was thinking something with 70cfm would be good for the hsf, I guess it'll only be temporary as I'm going to be giving the Xig and fan to my brother and getting a watercooling kit.

My Ultra Kaze 3000 just arrived, and if left loose on flat surface they can move around on full speed although too noisy must be used with fan controller,

4 Of them in my case at 3000 Rpm is almost as loud as my dyson...
