need a new GPU recommendation

ok so im looking to replace my current GPU the NVIDIA GTX 750 TI with something better. id prefer to stay with nvidia since my current card is already an nvidia card which makes drivers upgrades easier plus i just like nvidia cards better, but i am open to an AMD GPU if the price to performance is right. also id prefer a used card if possible to save on price below is some basic info you guys will need to help me decide

budget:250$ usa might stretch it to 300 but 250 is kinda my max because im on fixed income so i only get paid once a month

CURRENT GPU 750 TI
RAM 16 GIG DDR3 ECC
POWER SUPPLY 475 WATT PSU 80% BRONZE HP OEM

will consider upgrading my psu if it is needed also keep in mind i need a high end GPU that will not cause my current cpu to be a bottleneck because i cant upgrade my CPU anytime soon

i game at 1920x1080 on my led tv and would prefer a constant yet stable 60FPS on all three games on high settings i dont need ultra settings but at least high

edit if u recommend me a card please if possible tell me how many amps on the 12 volt rails i will need to power the card thanks

Given your PSU, the 1060 would probably be the better choice.
