So I currently have an asus VS239H-P and I loved it. Unfortunately, something went wrong (has green pixalated backlight bleed) and asus was supposed to replace it since it is still under warranty. After talking with them about this issue for a month and not getting anywhere I decided to give up.

So, does anyone have another recommendation for an ips panel that is similar, maybe better than this asus one?

I use the monitor for everyday use as well as some gaming (not competitive)

Hi there,

I recently upgraded from an old 1280x1024 Dell 19" monitor to a 1080p 21.5" AOC IPS display. Its a beautiful budget display. Very slim bezels, and great viewing aspects and colour.

if you reported your issues under warranty then they should still honor that. Call them again - escalate to a floor manager - and insist on a RMA.

Asus has historically been a quality company with good customer support - I hope that this is not a new trend with them.

Yeah, I was actually looking at a 1080p 23in AOC IPS display. It seems very promising

Yeah, I called at least 15 times the past month and can never get my issue resolved. They always tell me they have none in stock and therefore can't send me a replacement. Also, apparently I can't get a new model since my model is still in production. I have requested talking to managers multiple times and ever time it seems they are busy or I get transferred and they never pick up (I've waited on hold over an hour before). I finally was able to fill out an rma form but that's as far as I ever got. Apparently they have nothing in stock to send me...
Not sure what else I should try...I've tried emailing, live chat, and calling multiple times
