Need a new power supply help deciding

Hi guys! , my power supply gave its last breath this weekend and caused a blackout in my house . I need some help finding the best bang for the buck power supply I live in Portugal and I usually get my stuff from this website kuantokusta.pt it compares the cheapest prices from all the stores.
These are my specs:
R9 280x vapo-x overclocked
I7-4770k has well overclocked
NH-d14 noctua fan
250 gb evo ssd
2tb wd black
Pc-k62 case

I had a corsair 650w power supply from my old pc it had more than 5 years of heavy usage

(Keep in mind everything is in euros and I don't want to spen a lot of money but I also don't want to compromise my components)
Right now my option are: seasonic s12 620w 80 plus bronze 80.69€

Cooler master g700 80 plus 71,97€
Corsair cx600 80+ bronze 69,90€
Cx600 v2 62,50
Fractal design tesla r2 650w 80+ gold 86,10€

The EVGA 600B and Seasonic 620 are the best of those units. At those prices I'd go with the 600B. Though if the 620 is in your budget then it's worth it.

the 600b would be comparable to the corsair cx series as they are both average units. either one will run the system but there are better units out there. the seasonic is a MUCH better power supply and worth the cost if you can afford it.

the seasonic is the best choice from what you have posted.
