What monitor are you planning to use? 1080p, 1440p or 4K? 60 or 144hz? Most games don't use SLI or X-fire, so it is better to just get one strong GPU like GTX1080Ti.

I am planning to use a 27 inch 4k monitor at 144hz...plz suggest a nice build with liquid cooling

I have just upgrded my Build to coffee lake
My current build
Cpu- i5 8400
Mobo- Asus Strix Z370 F
Ram- Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400Mhz 8GB
Gpu- Asus Strix GTX1070
PSU- Evga Supernova Nex 650W 80+Gold
Cabinet- Corsair Spec 02

Remember to clean install the OS after installing new CPU and Board, though it is not must but its just a clean install.
