The VIP 400R SMPS is the only one within your price range. It claims to adhere to the ATX 12V V2.3 specifications which means it should have two +12V rails with +12V1@17.0A and +12V2@14.0A with a maximum combined +12 Volt current rating of 25 Amps. It also has one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

The power supply requirements for either graphics card is a minimum of a 400 Watt or greater power supply with a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 21 Amps or greater.

The VIP 400R SMPS should be able to handle either graphics card just fine.

The iBall LPE223-400's +12 Volt current rating of 17 Amps is insufficient to properly power a modern system with a Radeon HD 6670 or a Radeon HD 5670.

If you're running an older generation system where the CPU draws its power from the +5V rail leaving the +12V rail with a very light load then the iBall LPE223-400 should be able to power your system configuration with either graphics card.

What CPU and motherboard is being used?

Your system would be considered modern so the iBall LPE223-400 would be insufficient.

In my first reply I gave you the answer to your initial question.

I don't know of any SMPS for Rs. 500 that will meet your requirements.
