Need advice about Graphic card

hey I have a i5 4440 and Msi H81 P33 mother board.
I am upgrading my gpu to Gtx 970
I want to weather mobo will support or not ?

-Do you have a PCI-E x16 slot?
-Can you supply at least 500w to it?

If so and your PSU has at least 2 6-pin connectors, then yes.
If it doesn't, then get the PSU I use. Without it, there's no way to run any good GPU. (Antec HCG 620w M)

The mobo will yes, but check the card you are interested in on the power supply, some 970s require a 6+ an 8, or an 8 + 8 PCI-E power connector

I am using corsiar vs 750w power supply will that be enough?
