Need advice about my buildd

hi, i need your advice about my 2nd pc build with some of them are used.

1. for the processor, i choose r5 1600 and will oc it to 3.8 ghz

2. mobo: kinda confused about this one, is MSI b450m pro VDH good for oc?

3. RAM: ill use 3200mhz

4. GPU: rx 470 4gb/570 4gb/480 4gb. advice? playing on 1080p 75hz freesync

5. 1tb HDD ofc

6. PSU: can i run these spec with 450w psu without problem?
i found seasonic s12ii 450w EVO, antec 500w VP500P V2 and be quiet system power 8 500w for the same price

The seasonic s12ii was good in its day. I think it's kinda out dated. I'm still not against it for the right price. You might want to look at new rx570s they have been very cheap lately ($150ish). If you are on a budget the mobo should be fine. I dont know how well it overclocks. But you would be better off spending the money on a better cpu or gpu than buying an expensive mobo to get a better overclock. Try something like pcpartpicker.com or any wattage calculator to see what you need. 450 might do it. I'm sure it's close.

so bequiet and antec are bad? what is the difference between EVO and NON EVO? is the rx 570 4gb better than 480 4gb? they are at the same price (used +-$140). That mobo is the cheapest B450m with 4 ram slot that is why i choose it. I already did the psu calculator thing, and i got 330w.
