Hello,

I'm going to buy a new laptop in February. There are 2 Ryzen 7 17.3 '' laptops that I have picked out, but the main issue is that I cannot use Windows 10 and I want to make sure that they can be downgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro before I spend money. Can these downgrade? If not is there a 17.3'' Ryzen 7 Laptop that can downgrade?

These are the laptops:

Option 1:

Option 2 (The one I really want):

This is the last resort before I ether purchase an old ROG G752VL off eBay (I regret selling it) or (God Help Me) switch to a Macbook.

Windows 10 is a Nightmare for me. I have these problems with Windows 10 no matter what computer I use:

Deletes my personal files (music, movies, pictures and games)

Constant BSOD (10 in one day last week on my mom's All-in-one)

Reverses all my settings every time I restart the computer

Windows Updates that usually crash the system.

Enough bloat ware for 2 Operating Systems

These are reasons I need Windows 8.1. At the moment I haven't has issues with it and windows 7 is too old to use at this point.

May be you should try giving Windows 10 another shot before you downgrade. Running older OS sometimes mean not utilizing your hardware to its full potential. If you are afraid of losing your files, turn on the One Drive sync for the folders that have the most important files. That would ensure that your files are always safe.
