Hi fellow Toms, I need your advice on the cooling of my outdated desktop PC case. I attached some photos of the case, any advice is much appreciated. I do not plan to buy any new case just yet, my budget now simply couldn't stretch any further. The case comes with a tiny 8cm fan as rear exhaust, and I have 2 extra 12cm fan sitting around. I wonder how can I utilize them to maximize the airflow? Thank you for your time.

Solution
The front panel (what I referred to as the bezel) should have air intake openings. It appears from what I can see, that it does. You shouldn't have to leave it off. The fan should mount against that perforated metal grill, and the front panel should close over it. Measure the distance diagonally from the two outer most mounting holes.

No sweat about my time. That's what I'm here for. :)
Rough case to cool. (How the heck does one even build in it?)
Is there any fan mounting cutouts/holes in the front? How about those side panel vents, any mounting holes there for fans? If nothing else, you may have to modify the case. If there's room on top for a 120mm or larger fan, you can always hole saw the opening, drill the mounting holes, and mount a fan up there.
Is there enough room to do the same at the back where the 80mm fan is now?

What kind of system are you planning to put in the case? Gaming system? Please list the specs.

Yes, that picture seems to show multiple mounting holes for 3 different size fans. Maybe 80mm, 90mm, 120mm. But you'd have to measure to be sure.
Is there an air intake opening in the front bezel?

Nice, btw my spec is as follow,

CPU: Pentium G4400
GPU: AORUS RX 570 4GB
RAM: APACER Panther DDR4 2666Mhz 4GB
MOBO: H110M-DS2

The machine is mainly used in gaming, I hope this build takes little effort to cool.
Yeah, do the detachable front panel can act as front air intake if removed??
Thank you for your time.

Solution
So, will this single 120mm front intake fan and single 80mm rear exhaust combo be able to cool the setup??
That set up you posted above? More than enough unless you live in an equatorial desert environment.
If you plan on plugging the fan into a fan header on the motherboard, be sure to get a fan that has the proper connector. If it is going to be connected directly to the PSU, you'll need the old 4-pin Molex.

Nice, glad to know the problem is finally solved, thank you sir have a good day. Btw no worry both type of connectors are available haha
