Hi all. I'm trying to build a new system mainly for gaming b/c my old one is too slow. My budget is $800 and so far I come with 2 list, I want to know which one is better for gaming and is there any better option...

Comes To around $840 before rebates....And the components ensure longer lifespan...and good upgradeability...

1.CPU - PII 940 better and easy overclock..
2. Gigabyte mobo - Stable,
Easy overclock,
2 pcie slot for x8x8 crossfire...
3. 4870 1GB - Very powerful and the 2nd slot for another 4870 later when possible,..
4. WD 640 - more space , faster.
5. Pi black Ram - Good timings and very stable...
6. Case combo - Very good quality and more power for the rig..
