Need advice on getting the most out of my A8 3850

Hello, i just recently purchased an A8 3850 APU for my HTPC (which i use more as a console for some gaming on my TV). I want to get as much as i can out of it.
I want to improve the IGP performance.
I need advice on which RAM to get and what CPU cooler will be enough to cool it on around 3.6GHz clock, i m currently thinking of TX3.
I also want to OC the IGP as much as i can. What are the common overclocks for this APU??
Also is it possible to use the APU with 2133 MHz RAM or faster, and will that improve gaming performance significantly?
My current RAM speed is 1866 MHz 8gb, is it possible to overclock ram?

I want to be able to play all recent games (mainly Skyrim) on 1280x720 resolution with decent settings (mix of medium and high settings).

Sorry if this is confusing, i m a noob when it comes to computers.

have you added a dedicated GPU to work with the IGPU? that would be the biggest improvement, overclocking might get you another 5-10%

No dedicated GPU, just the on board graphics.

Like I said you probably can OC anything, but the question is to how much benefit, i'd suggest you'll see 5-10% more if you are lucky, is that enough to take you from non-playable to playable, I'd say no. It'll take you from mostly playable to playable though.
