That's a good observation.
Then stay with the xfx 750w psu, it will do for 670 gtx sli.
I have worries about the ram, it could block the cooler, with the z77 asrock and those tall heatsinks from the corsair.
I rather get the low profile ram kit from corsair.
Other than that it's all good.
