Need advice on new motherboard for gaming

I'm mostly a gamer ( Skyrim, BF3 ) and I would like to buy a new motherboard.

My current specs:

Computer: Dell T3500 ( http://www.dell.com/us/business/p/precision-t3500/pd )
CPU: Intel Xeon E5507@2.27Ghz ( upgraded from an Intel Xeon W3503@2.40Ghz)
Ram: 6x2GB=12GB, PC3 10600U
Monitor: ASUS VW246H 24"
Video: nVidia 460 GTX 768mb PCI-E
OS:Win7 x64 SP1
Sound: Creative X-Fi PCI
H.D. Raid 0 500GB (2x250GB) 7200rpm
Power Supply: OCZ 700w


Already bought (not yet on my hands):
H.D: 2xOCZ Solid 3 SLD3-25SAT3-60G 2.5" 60GB SATA III
Video: Galaxy GeForce GTX 570 GC Ed. 1280MB

I would like to buy a new motherboard to use all my stuff, plus .....

.SLI ( 2+ PCI-E x16 slots)
.Raid 0/1 for SSD
.ESata plug
.8+ usb ports
.2x NIC ( optional )
.2+ PCI slots

**Computer case does not matter, I will use my old Asus Vento case.
